El Grifo

The oldest winery in the Canary Islands and among the ten oldest in Spain.  We maintain some vines from the 19th century that mature on the slope and are hand-picked, one by one. 

The fire, wind, and rock create extreme conditions for the vines, so each wine made here has a distinct personality and soul, the product of a unique land and climate.
